Let's be MVPs
Let's be more valuable people
This is the first project and testimony of Impronta de Mujer, which shows how the influence of the mother, knowledge, motivation, and trust give her children the necessary impulse to create the society we dream of.
Let’s be MVPs. Let’s be more valuable persons is a didactic and interactive book which addresses the educational needs of the new generations of students. It is written by a boy to promote the learning of other children, presenting his own definitions, exam-ples, and stories of the most important values, so that his readers may apply them in real life and thus be able to build a fairer and sustainable world.
The book is not only part of the texts for school formation; it also invites children to participate in an annual contest in which readers present their own stories of values, with winning stories being awarded publication in the editions of the following years.
As a contribution to support public education in the United States and the world, 5% of the cost of books is donated to schools which implement it, for the development of their projects. Likewise, workshops on values are offered for parents, children, and teach-ers, under the transformative education approach promoted by Impronta de Mujer.
